Transparency and Accountability Program (TAP)
The Transparency and Accountability (TAP) program is a program run by Results for Development. Its mission as an Independent Monitoring Organization (IMO) is to help civil society organizations hold governments accountable for efficiency in social sector public spending. The site that was built by Affinity Bridge is a complete, and more full-featured, rebuild of a preexisting site.
The notable features of this project include:
Grant Tracker
A large part of TAP's administrative needs center around tracking the various grants they manage, and the grant recipients that they have participating in their program. There are a variety of grants active at one time, a number of participants, and then specific milestones at which each participant must log their progress by submitting a report or providing an update.
The Grant Tracker provides the program administrators an easy-to-use interface, with visual queues of the progress and needs of each grant recipient as they progress through the course of their grant cycle.
My TAP
"My TAP" is a private area of the site which current and past grant recipients can log into to see what their fellow grantees have been working on, find progress updates, check event listings, and communicate with their peers.
Custom Design and Drupal Theme
We worked together with one of our design partners, Codename Design, to create a professional and eye-catching design. This custom design helps to clearly communicate information about the work that TAP is doing, as well as make the Grant Tracker easy to use. The style and branding of the TAP website was loosely based off the previous version of their logo and website, as well as the other sites that exist under the Results for Development umbrella. We then translated the design into a custom Drupal theme.
