TRIUMF Groups

We implemented Drupal's Organic Groups to allow the various external research groups (whose sites were all running on various other software in a piecemeal fashion) to be migrated into the main TRIUMF site. This has allowed for unified branding, across the board functionality updates, and easier maintenance, while continuing to support the various groups' work. As an added benefit, using Organic Groups for management of the internal TRIUMF site sections has allowed management of the content in various parts of the site to be done by smaller subsets of the full staff/membership of TRIUMF. Group members have edit access within their groups and group managers can configure how frequently they'd like to be notified of changes.
