Groups and Collaboration

We are experts at setting up group sites, no matter how complex, and have been working with Organic Groups extensively since its early days. Group sites are great for anything from managing subsets of your user base, for instance individual housing co-operatives within a Co-op network, to managing research groups who work in different parts of a watershed, to creating networks of care for the disabled.

Groups allow you to do many things including restricting and moderating content and users, assigning group leaders and managers, who have the ability to manage other users and post specific kinds of content, bulk emails to group members, fine grained viewing permissions, and lots of other things.
